The New York City health commissioner is urging everyone to get vaccinated to stop the spread. Medical attorney Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says 70 to 80 percent of all polio cases worldwide are vaccine-derived. He advises not to vaccinate everyone before conducting more tests on the vaccine.
