Zack Smith, senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation and manager of the foundation’s Supreme Court and Appellate Advocacy Program, joined NTD to discuss the credibility of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s star witness, Michael Cohen, in the New York case against former President Donald Trump.
