Award-Winning Journalist, Adam Housley, claims that there were more people at the Nov. 6 birthday party that Gov. Gavin Newsom attended than the governor previously stated. On Nov. 23, Housleytweeted that he did some digging into his home town. He found that the party’s bar bill was around $15,000 and for 22 people, not 12. It was all indoors with no masks and other customers complained about how loud they were.
He went on to say that there was no effort to go outside or practice social distancing.
On Nov. 16, Governor Newsom apologized for attending the party, claiming that it was outdoors.
