North England LTNs Face Pushback

Business owners in Warrington, Northern England, face financial loss due to a low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) scheme. The council aims to make the area greener and cleaner by redirecting and reducing traffic. It says it’s trialing the scheme in Latchford and Orford in the suburbs of Warrington. Residents in Orford pushed back last year, forcing the council to make changes.
