Otto Warmbier is a free man again.
The Cincinnati, Ohio native was only 21 when he took a low-budget tour to North Korea.
Warmbier, a commerce and economics student at the University of Virginia, was arrested for taking a propaganda sign as a souvenir.
Warmbier was charged with “anti-state acts.” The sentence: 15 years at hard labor.
On June 13 Secretary of State Rex Tillerson announced that Warmbier had been freed.
Warmbier is on his way home.
