The full jury is selected in former President Donald Trump’s hush money trial. Two jurors were dismissed Thursday, but seven more were seated and one alternate. On Friday, the rest of the alternates will be selected. Outside of the court, President Trump said he ought to be out campaigning.

House Republican leaders have decided to move forward with a $95 billion foreign aid package for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. A vote is expected as soon as this Saturday, despite opposition from conservatives within the GOP.

Lawmakers bundled the foreign aid package with a revised bill that would force TikTok to divest from its Chinese parent company. The current version of the bill would give ByteDance about a year to sell TikTok or face a ban in the United States. President Joe Biden has promised to sign the bill if it reaches his desk.

Chaos broke out at Columbia University, as police broke up an anti-Israeli encampment and arrested dozens of protesters. Among them was Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D-Minn.) daughter, a student organizer at Barnard College.
