Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on July 19 asked a judge to drop the murder charge against Jose Alba, the bodega worker who stabbed a man to death after he was attacked. Over a dozen members of Congress were arrested outside the Supreme Court after they illegally blocked traffic in protest, according to D.C. Police.
