Elon Musk has terminated his deal to buy Twitter, according to a letter sent by his lawyer. Concluding a months-long investigation into whipping allegations, Customs and Border Protection announced on July 8 that it found “no evidence Border Patrol agents struck any person, intentionally or otherwise.”
