The operator of a submersible vehicle that went missing while trying to view the Titanic wreckage in the Atlantic Ocean said on June 22 it’s likely all five people on board have died, while U.S. Coast Guard officials said a “catastrophic implosion” likely occurred.

During a joint press conference with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Joe Biden stated that his comments about Chinese leader Xi Jinping being a “dictator” will have no real impact on the U.S.–China relationship.
