Israel has agreed to allow two tanker trucks carrying 15,000 gallons of fuel to enter Gaza each day. The Gaza Strip has been cut off from the outside world with no power for its telecommunications network. The fuel will go toward that as well as water and sewage processing.

A man in California, accused of striking and killing a Jewish protester, has been charged with two felonies. Authorities took Loay Alnaji, a pro-Palestinian protester, into custody Thursday.

On Capitol Hill, the House Ethics Committee chairman introduced a resolution to expel Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.) from Congress. And House Speaker Mike Johnson has made public all footage of the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.

OpenAI, the company behind the viral ChatGPT, fired its CEO and founder, Sam Altman. The company said an internal investigation found that Mr. Altman was not always truthful with the board.
