The extended ceasefire between Israel and Hamas will expire early Thursday, despite the talks underway to further extend it. An American-Israeli dual citizen is among the hostages released in the last batch.

Lawmakers are investigating allegations of antisemitism at America’s top universities, including Harvard and MIT. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer called antisemitism “a five-alarm fire that must be extinguished.”
