Hunter Biden will no longer get a plea deal for tax charges. As part of the deal, he had been expected to plead guilty after allegedly failing to pay federal income tax. Now he has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas faced a storm from Republican lawmakers yesterday over his department’s border policies. NTD’s Sam Wang was on Capitol Hill.

Congress was packed on July 26 as three witnesses testified about their firsthand encounters with Unidentified Aerial Phenomena—otherwise known as UFO’s—which is information they say is being suppressed by the U.S. government.
