An Arizona judge ruled on Dec. 19 that two of Republican Kari Lake’s election claims can go to trial. The two-day hearing is scheduled for Dec. 21 and Dec. 22.
A federal court struck down the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors on Dec. 19. Judge Kurt Engelhardt said a broad interpretation of the law could have given President Joe Biden “nearly unlimited authority to introduce requirements into federal contracts.”
