The Biden administration seeks to change a Trump-era rule that protects religious student groups, saying it’s redundant. The rule suspends federal funding to colleges that restrict the activities of religious groups on campus.

Republican lawmakers are pushing back against the Biden administration’s plan to negotiate an accord with the World Health Organization. The accord would give the WHO centralized authority over the U.S. pandemic response.
