New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced recently that the illegal immigrant crisis has forced the city to slash school, police, and library budgets. The cuts will reduce the number of New York Police Department officers to below 30,000 and slash the education department budget by $1 billion, among other cuts.
As Israel Defense Forces (IDF) make gains in the northern part of Gaza, they’re preparing for the next phase of ground operations. In reference to the Hamas terrorist organization, the IDF’s chief of staff said that the Israeli army is “close to dismantling the military system in the northern Gaza Strip.” Palestinians in parts of southern Gaza said they received evacuation notices today. Meanwhile, local communication services are down across the Gaza Strip due to a lack of fuel.
