1.5 Million Rechargeable OCOOPA Hand Warmers Recalled as 1 Death, Many Injuries Reported

OCOOPA Direct is recalling 1.5 million rechargeable hand warmers. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says reports link them to one death and some 350 injuries.
