1,000-Pound Russian Bomb Kills 4 and Injures at Least 27 in Ukraine: Officials

Ukrainian officials said Russia dropped a 1,000-pound bomb near a shopping centre and a market in the city of Dobropillia on July 16. At least four civilians are reported dead and 27 injured.
