House Passes Defense Policy Bill That Attaches SAVE America Act

Paul Kamenar, counsel for the National Legal and Policy Center, joined NTD's Steve Lance to discuss the China Entanglement Audit, a shareholder proposal backed by the National Legal and Policy Center under its Corporate Integrity Project that seeks greater disclosure of Apple's business ties to China and the risks associated with them. He said Apple shareholders are very vulnerable because of the company's dependence on China.

Kamenar said Apple is working with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and subsidizing its economic warfare against the United States and its repression of human rights, in terms of forced labor camps and persecution of minority groups like the Uyghurs and the Falun Gong.

He also discussed the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which requires foreign agents register with the Department of Justice to notify the U.S. government that they are being paid by foreign entities, and two recent prosecutions of CCP agents.
