In California, voters will decide the fate of Proposition 20 this November. Key leaders supporting the initiative held a Zoom conference on Sept. 4 to discuss the proposition.

It's called the Criminal Sentencing, Parole, and DNA Collection Initiative, or Prop 20. It aims to restrict early parole, reclassify certain crimes, and require DNA collection from people convicted of theft, as well as drug and domestic violence.
