A truck driver recently revealed a new method used to extort money from him.

In a video, he said a toll station operated by the authorities said that napa cabbage is not a vegetable, so it is not allowed to go through the green channel and tolls cannot be waived. The rule there says vehicles that transport vegetables are exempt from paying tolls and should take the so-called green channel.
