Atiba Madyun, president and founder of Party Politics US and policy strategist, and former congresswoman Nan Hayworth joined a panel discussion with NTD's Steve Lance to discuss the appeals court ruling that allows President Donald Trump to deploy the National Guard to Portland to assist federal agents in combating anti-ICE violence.

The panel spoke on the nature of dissent and protests in relation to the "No Kings" and anti-ICE protests across the country. The panel also discussed the Monday deadline for universities to consent to the Trump administration's conditions to receive preferential federal funding, in response to universities allegedly violating Title IX protection for women's sports and spaces and failing to protect Jewish students from hostilities on college campuses.
