Officials on April 15 warned that a significant influx of water is expected to enter Black Lake within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Meanwhile, residents are being urged to prepare for rapidly increasing water levels and worsening flooding, and to secure valuables and outdoor items that could be damaged or carried away by floodwaters.

Many residents are reporting flooding inside their homes as conditions continue to worsen.
