Trump Admin Revokes More Than 175,000 US Visas

Ken Cuccinelli, former Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security, discussed with NTD's Steve Lance the ways in which the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is circumventing U.S. tariffs by breaking up shipments into smaller components and re-routing them through countries with lower tariffs, and by lowering the value of imported goods.

Cuccinelli characterized the tactic as fraud that disadvantages American competitors and can ultimately be caught only through the marketplace. He acknowledged investigating this fraud is inherently challenging, yet emphasized that AI is effective at detecting patterns of cheating. He urged the government to deploy AI for fraud detection and to enact regulations requiring import agents to maintain an American presence.

Cuccinelli also discussed the Daily Caller's reporting on senior CCP intelligence official Philip Qiu and the Family Foundation’s purchase of a historic building overlooking the White House complex. Noting that Congress has not taken steps to regulate such property acquisitions, he called for a comprehensive review of Chinese purchases over the past 25 years and for the use of eminent domain to reclaim those properties.
