Former President Donald Trump says his challenger in the New Hampshire primary, Nikki Haley, isn't conservative enough to be the Republican nominee. But is that what the polls are saying?

NTD spoke to Terry Schilling, president of the American Principles Project, to find out more about Ms. Haley's chances in New Hampshire.

"The polling has been very clear about where the GOP primary voters are lining up," said Mr. Schilling. "And it's firmly behind President Donald Trump. He had a 30-point lead going into the Iowa caucuses, he won by over 30 points. He has a 20-plus point lead going into New Hampshire, I imagine that he'll win by that margin. And even in Nikki Haley's home state of South Carolina, he has a 30-point lead on the RealClearPolitics average for polling. So I think going into this, voters are determining that Nikki Haley isn't conservative enough, or doesn't have what it takes to take on the Democrats that are in power right now."

"So I think, tomorrow night, look for a 20-plus point lead, a 20-plus point win for Donald Trump," he said. "It's very likely and possible that Nikki Haley will drop out before going to her home state of South Carolina, because ... if the polling is right here in New Hampshire, it's probably right there in South Carolina. And she doesn't want to get her clock cleaned in her own home state. So I think she'll probably drop out after after tomorrow night if the results hold up with the polling."
