John Moolenaar (R-MI), Chairman of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party, discussed with NTD's Melina Wisecup, the U.S. Justice Department's federal charge against former Arcadia, California, mayor Eileen Wang for acting in the United States as an illegal agent of a foreign government, the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

The Justice Department says Wang has agreed to plead guilty to the felony count, which comes with a statutory maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison.
