NTD hears from Jeffrey Tucker, Epoch Times Senior Columnist and the founder and president of the Brownstone Institute, who says the FTC’s lawsuit is weak. Mr. Tucker questions the FTC's understanding of "fairness," given that “business is hard; competition is tough”—and questions why consumers and sellers are still using the platform if they are being exploited like the commission alleges.
