Witnesses include Gen. Gregory M. Guillot, commander of the U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command; Adm. Alvin Holsey, commander of the U.S. Southern Command; and Rafael F. Leonardo, who is performing the duties of assistant secretary of defense for Homeland Defense and Hemispheric Affairs at the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

The witnesses will be accompanied by Robert G. Salesses, deputy director of Washington Headquarters Services in the U.S. Department of Defense.
