Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R-Mo.) is introducing the new measure, called the “Protecting Higher Education from the Chinese Communist Party Act.”

The bill takes aim at some Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) members and their families—banning them from getting U.S. student visas or research visas.
