The White House announced that Vice President JD Vance will lead the U.S. delegation for Iran peace talks on Saturday. This comes as President Donald Trump declared a “big day for world peace,” and the White House said Iran has agreed to a cease-fire proposal.

Data show the first vessels are already managing to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. U.S. officials say all military objectives have been achieved in the war against Iran and that, as the cease-fire continues to hold, U.S. troops remain ready to resume combat operations.
