The House Ethics Committee voted to release its report on former Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz, which involves allegations of sexual misconduct. Gaetz responded, saying he is innocent and has been fully exonerated by the Justice Department.

The Supreme Court agreed to take up TikTok's challenge to delay a law that could potentially ban the app on Jan. 19. The justices will hear oral arguments on Jan. 10.
