The death toll from the Texas floods has risen to at least 119. More than 160 people remain missing in the Kerr County area, including five Camp Mystic campers and one counselor. Local officials are urging residents to shelter in place and avoid areas of destruction.

President Donald Trump met Wednesday with leaders from several African nations at the White House. All expressed interest in mineral deals with the United States, and praised his efforts to help end the 30-year war between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Russia has reportedly launched its largest drone attack on Ukraine since the start of the war. In response, Trump says he’s now considering sending Patriot anti-missile systems to Ukraine.
