President Joe Biden has written a letter to Congressional Democrats, vowing to stay in the presidential race amid speculations about his candidacy. He urged Democrats to move forward as a unified party and not show any weakening of resolve.

No political party won a majority in France's parliamentary elections on Sunday. A left-wing coalition finished in first place with President Emmanuel Macron's Ensemble coming in second, and Marine Le Pen's National Front party in third.
