Ukrainian officials have claimed that Russian forces are obtaining Starlink satellite terminals illicitly from third countries. Ukraine's military intelligence agency says it's working to stop Russia's military from using the terminals to coordinate attacks. Starlink says it doesn't do business of any kind with Russia's government or military.

Two Israeli hostages are safe after Israel’s special forces conducted a rescue operation on Feb. 12. Both men are said to be in good health, and were sent to a hospital in Tel Aviv for further examination.
