Trump is asking Australia to grant asylum to Iran’s women’s soccer team. They refused to sing Iran’s national anthem before their opening game in Australia last week and now fear returning to their homeland.

In a press conference Monday morning, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said they’re treating a Saturday incident involving explosive devices as an “act of ISIS-inspired terrorism.”
