NTD's Miguel Moreno has more from an assemblyman who says the number of nursing home residents who died in hospitals is still unconfirmed.

In a letter to Trump, Republican Assemblyman Kevin Byrne says they've been ignored by the Cuomo Administration. Byrne is joined by over 20 other New York lawmakers asking Trump for help.

According to <a href="https://nursinghome411.org/ny-nursinghome-covid-data/">data</a> collected by the New York Department of Health, the virus has killed over 7,000 people in the state's long term care facilities as of Dec. 7.
