Democratic strategist Jason Palmer and Republican strategist Matt Klink joined a panel discussion with NTD.

The panel spoke about the Virginia referendum that approved a new Congressional map that heavily favors Democrats; a Virginia judge blocking it, deeming it unconstitutional; and the ambiguity of the language on the ballot.

Palmer says gerrymandering has been going on since the 1800s and is an unfortunate factor in elections. Klink says Democrats have been far more ruthless and successful at overly partisan gerrymandering.

The panel also discussed Health and Human Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s testimony before the Senate about government bloat and the duplicative positions in his department.
