After an altercation Thursday night, the Portland Police Bureau says six people were arrested near an ICE facility.

Those arrested range in age from 24 to 48, with most from the greater Portland area and one from neighboring Clackamas County. All six were booked on suspicion of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Police say they asked protesters to move to the sidewalk and to stop blocking traffic. That request was made around 9 p.m. local time.
