The Chinese Communist Party has re-released about eight propaganda movies to celebrate its anniversary this year. But Chinese moviegoers don't seem to be very excited about them.

According to China's box office ranking, those propaganda movies, or “red” movies, are one of the worst in terms of ticket sales. Two of them appeared at the bottom of a list of almost 200 films screened this year. The rest don’t even show up because not enough people have watched them.
