Qatar Prime Minister: Gaza Cease-Fire Talks Have Not Led Anywhere Due to 'Fundamental Differences Between Parties'

Qatar's Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Al Thani on Tuesday addressed the Gaza cease-fire negotiations in Doha. He said they haven't led anywhere because of "fundamental differences between parties."
