Rep. Budd Proposes Cutting $5.6 Billion in Earmarks From Infrastructure Bill

Rep. Ted Budd (R-N.C.) wants to take all the earmarks out of the bipartisan infrastructure bill. A Democrat representative says the earmark process allows the bill to include some worthy projects.
