Rhodium Group says the slow growth is being driven by a sharp drop in fixed asset investment.

This refers to spending on long-term physical assets used to produce goods and services, such as factories, vehicles, and infrastructure.

New data released Monday shows China's economic growth slowed in November.

China’s retail sales grew at their slowest pace in three years, signaling weak consumer spending and a worsening property market.

Investment in the country also hit a record low.
