He told NTD on Thursday that positive COVID-19 cases had been detected in recent days, both in his neighborhood and two other nearby neighborhoods.

All three of those communities were soon put back under lockdown. But interestingly—local authorities' daily reports on the pandemic did not appear to mention the confirmed infections.
