EPA Suspends Anti-Smog Regulations to Ease Gas Prices

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior told senators that President Donald Trump’s nominee to lead the CDC would be able to make vaccine decisions independently if confirmed. Kennedy said Dr. Erica Schwartz would not face political interference in shaping vaccine guidance, speaking before the Senate HELP Committee. Lawmakers pressed him on vaccine policy, including measles vaccination. Kennedy said the agency continues to promote the MMR vaccine and supports its use for children.
