The Chinese regime is censoring a speech calling for peace by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).

At the Winter Paralympics opening ceremony on Friday, IPC President Andrew Parsons strongly condemned the war between Russia and Ukraine.

But while the speech was on air, Chinese state-run broadcaster CCTV lowered the volume. The station also stopped live Chinese translation during the part of Parsons' speech that condemned the war.
