Recent massive job cuts in the tech and media industries bears testament to a bigger story on the jobs market, says Joel Griffith, a senior fellow at The Heritage Foundation.

Despite the recent robust jobs reports where many new jobs were added, the economy has actually lost more than 1 million full-time jobs over the past nine months, Mr. Griffith said, and the reason the total number of jobs is increasing is due to many people taking on additional part-time work to deal with the "inflation crisis."
