Testimony continued on Tuesday in the Tupac Shakur murder trial. Duane Keith Davis is charged in the rapper’s 1996 killing in Las Vegas.

Opening statements began on Monday. Prosecutors allege that Davis orchestrated a hit on Shakur after his nephew got into a fight with the rapper. They also claim Davis supplied the weapon.

A homicide detective who responded to the scene that day testified, as did witness Ingrid Stokes, who was in a nearby car when the shooting happened.
