President Trump left the White House earlier today and headed to Florida. He gave his final remarks at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

During a stop at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, President Trump transferred from Marine One to Air Force One.

President Trump and Melania said serving as President and First Lady was their "greatest honor."

He said his administration worked tirelessly, and referred to a saying athletes have: they "left it all on the field."

He thanked his supporters, his family, friends, and staff.

"You are amazing people. This is a great, great country. It is my greatest honor and privilege to have been your president." Trump said.

Following tradition, President Trump left a note for his successor, but the details of the note are unknown.

Trump touted the achievements of his administration and promised he would always stand up for the American people.

"I will always fight for you. I will be watching, I will be listening," Trump said.

President Trump said the future of this country has never been better and wished the new administration luck and success.

He said the new administration has the foundation to do something spectacular.

Referencing the U.S. economy, Trump told the audience that “you’re going to see incredible numbers coming in” if Biden leaves his policies “untouched.”

He told his supporters to keep an eye out for the future.

"So just a goodbye. We love you. We will be back in some form," Trump said.

It's unclear in what form President Trump will return. For now, he has arrived at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
