Venezuela's oil minister says the country expects to sign licenses by year-end for developing the nation's vast natural gas reserves.

It's reportedly in early-stage talks over plans to export natural gas to the European Union. This comes on the heels of a decision by the Biden administration last year, to allow Chevron to produce some oil in Venezuela despite U.S. sanctions on the Maduro regime.
