NTD spoke with Jeffrey Tucker, a senior columnist for The Epoch Times, and the founder and president of the Brownstone Institute, for his take. Tucker said the divide within the Republican conference was centered on whether to move ahead with a “dramatic and visionary agenda for freedom” with Jordan, or to use “Congress to rubber stamp everything that the administrative state wants” by keeping the status quo.
