Wabtec Makes Locomotive Parts Deal With Kazakhstan

Locomotive parts maker Wabtec has reached a $4.2 billion agreement with Kazakhstan. Under the deal, the Pennsylvania-headquartered company will provide the Central Asian nation with 300 locomotives.
